Regular weekly or fortnightly cleans, or a one-off, for privately owned homes — tailored to your rooms and routine.
Turnover cleaning
A full reset of kitchen, bathroom and living space between checkout and check-in, completed the same day.
Linen & towel laundry
Bedding and towels collected, washed, pressed and returned — a fresh set waiting for every stay.
Restocking
Loo roll, tea, coffee, toiletries and welcome basics topped up on every visit, so nothing runs out mid-stay.
Deep cleans
A quarterly top-to-bottom clean covering ovens, windows, grout and mattresses — the jobs a turnover clean doesn't reach.

Every clean already includes one bathroom — the additional bathroom rate only applies from the second bathroom onward. Prices start here; get in touch and we'll confirm your exact price before anything's booked. Regular hosts and multi-property portfolios get a standing rate.
